Capturing special moments
According to Jacomien de Villiers, MD In Afrikaans, the aim of the concert series is to bring hope and change people’s lives. “We want to capture many special moments this year that will really touch people’s hearts.”
A number of popular artists attend Hartenbos in Afrikaans every year, one of whom is Brendan Peyper. “Fans can look forward to enjoying themselves and hearing good Afrikaans music. This is my second time at Hartenbos in Afrikaans and it’s always a highlight to share a stage with other talented artists. I exercise in Afrikaans, I eat in Afrikaans and I am proudly Afrikaans,” he says.
Early B, believes that the event is one of the best he has ever participated in. “I am the smallest, biggest ball of energy set to appear on stage and promise to blow everyone away – that is the plan. I enjoy the energy of the crowd. Before you step onto the stage, you can hear everyone cheering.”
