The annual Nedbank International Polo event returns to Johannesburg’s Inanda Polo Club on 14 September, 2019. The sporting fixture is one of the longest running polo tournaments in Southern Africa, and brings the polo community together in a premium sporting experience.
This year the South African team competes with New Zealand. It will be the 7th occasion the two countries have competed to win the coveted title.
In keeping with past events, the Nedbank International Polo showcase promises top class food and drink, plus good music offset in great style by punters dressed to the nines for the equestrian event.
Exclusive lounges, picnic, premium options
Nedbank International Polo offers guests an array of picnic and premium hospitality options. VIP guests can also enjoy exclusive lounges.
“South Africa has a long-standing sporting rivalry against New Zealand and the home team will be doing their level best to improve the 2-4 standing of polo tests between the two countries,” said Russell Watson, President of SA Polo Association. “We look forward to the contest of these evenly-matched teams and I am certain the match will be played in the best spirit of the game.”
Guests will be spoilt for choice, with various package options including general admission, polo picnic sites, the Tanqueray Gin Garden and corporate hospitality. To book Nedbank International Polo tickets see www.sapolo.co.za
