Wolfkop Weekender 2020 celebrates its sixth year as an intimate electronic music festival with headliner Pional from Spain.
January 2020 brings the first summer month of the new decade, and there’s no better place to dance yourself well into the new year than at Lilo River Flow 2020.
Taking place from 16 to 20 January, the festival offers four days and nights of camping in nature to a highly curated, and danceable, electronic soundtrack. Pional Musiq performs alongside Floyd Lavine along with Wolfkop’s fiercest line-up yet – a sonic array designed to maxmize the outdoor experience in the citrus valley.

He is sandwiched between two South African stars who have been taking Europe, and indeed the world, by storm: Thor Rixon headlines the live session on Saturday afternoon and Floyd Lavine tis up at midnight.
The 13 debutants are from all corners of South Africa, as well as James Kameran who is a resident of Ibiza. Antwerp-based Lola Haro, who in a very short career has seen herself sharing the stage with Motor City Drum Ensemble, DJ Koze and Peggy Gou.
There are various camping options across three different campsites – Berry Fields, Golden Valley and Lost Valley. The entry level ticket is BYO in Golden Valley; where you can bring your own camping gear and bedding, and the top tier is Lush Camping in Berry Fields, which offers lushly appointed bell tent – which you can top up with mini-frdige, directors chairs, a raised bed, fairy lights and a bottle of bubbles, if you feel like being fancy.
Wolfkop Weekender have also added floating jetties, which can be privately booked, providing shade and a perch from which to watch the festival unfold. These can be shared between groups of 6-8 people. Ticket options here.
Wolfkop Festival activities
There’ll be a selection of outdoor and wellness activities, including a 2km walking trail, yoga sessions in the morning, sound journey meditation, kayaking and swimming, and atraditional High Tea.
Alongside a selection of food vendors, there’ll be market stalls and a spa offering massage. And if you seek, you shall find The Mirage; a curated chill space serving plant-based food and healing herbal teas.
It goes without saying, a fully-stocked bar will be keeping everyone cool; with gin and beer on tap, wine and bubbles and the usual spirits and mixers – it’s encouraged to bring your own receptacle to minimise plastic waste. Look out for The Loose Caboose, a popup rum bar serving Copeland Rum.
