The popular Hope @ Paul Cluver Summer Concert Series returns with a lineup of well-known acts. The Hope @ Paul Cluver Amphitheatre, 60 minutes from Cape Town, provides a beautiful natural backdrop for bands. It’s the perfect excuse to venture to the Elgin Wine Valley for a night of solid outdoor entertainment.
A eucalyptus forest circles an intimate open-air arena, which has been hewn from farm timber in its entirety. These family-friendly performances are specifically chosen to match the natural acoustics of the venue for a unique open-air experience. Listeners can hear a selection of SA’s top artists from December 2017 through to February 2018.
Who’s on the bill:

16 December: Karen Zoid
6 January: Prime Circle
13 January: The Parlotones
27 January: Elvis Blue
10 February: Emo Adams
24 February: Watershed
Gates for each performance open at 5.30pm and guests are welcome to bring their own food, but no alcohol. A selection of Paul Cluver wines are available to purchase. Don’t worry if you’ve run out of food, as there are vendors on site selling food to keep you going throughout the show.

What’s on the menu
Morsels for sale include pulled pork rolls with potato salad; grilled veg and halloumi wraps, and tasty chicken tacos served with a salsa relish and spicy mayo. Popular Houw Hoek pies served with piping hot potato wedges and a mayo dip are guaranteed to fill any hungry gap. Complement your meal with something sugary from the selection of decadent sweet treats for sale.
Note: 100% of the profits raised go to the Thembalitsha Foundation’s Grabouw projects.
