Situated in the estate’s atmospheric Historic Vat Cellar, Brandy & Blues at Backsberg allows guests to enjoy live entertainment by some of South Africa’s popular blues artists, coupled with a glass of Sydney Back Brandy or glühwein on arrival, and a two course meal consisting of slow-roasted lamb shank and decadent Sydney Back Brandy pudding.
