The Cannabis Expo returns to the Sandton Convention Centre from 24 to 26 November, 2023. It will bring together thousands of cannabis industry professionals, investors and entrepreneurs from all around the world to explore the latest innovations, trends and business opportunities in the cannabis industry.
This year’s event promises to be the most exciting yet, with over 200 exhibitors featuring over 1000 cannabis products, and a jam-packed program of talks and workshops. Visitors can look forward to interactive presentations and panel discussions, networking opportunities, and a massive array of cannabis products and services.
The event also features The Freedom Festival, which will host bands, artists and DJs, plus The Cannabis Food Market will provide a range of mouth-watering goodies.

Convention Stage
This is thought to be the largest cannabis convention to take place in Africa, with global industry leaders and local government representatives from across the region presenting talks and taking part in moderated panel discussions every hour on Friday covering topics such as Cannabis and Women’s Health, as well as The Elephant in the room – The Cannabis Grow Club. Attendees will have the chance to listen to the latest trends in cannabis-related topics that cover health, agriculture, legislation, business, finance and more.
On the Saturday and Sunday, attendees can attend informative talks and presentations from industry experts every half-hour with Q&A sessions at the end of each presentation.
Cannabis Food Market
Attendees can also enjoy cannabis-infused meals, treats and drinks at the Cannabis Food Market. With a wide range of cannabis-infused munchies and drinks on offer, visitors can choose to indulge and treat their palates while enjoying a cannabidiol buzz.
The Freedom Festival
This showcase will provide a vibrant outdoor festival environment where visitors, delegates and exhibitors at The Cannabis Expo congregate throughout the three days. The event includes a main Festival Stage.

A private space has been created, brought to you by The Green Side, where visitors can legally enjoy THC cannabis products in the heart of Sandton. Take a break from the exhibitor stands and the festival and blaze up a joint or enjoy edibles in a comfortable private space.
