Crimson House have just dropped their latest single Don’t Forget To Take Your Medicine off their upcoming 4th studio album.

The music video hosts an all-star cast of legendary South African artists – including writer Ben Trovato, Afrikaans singer Piet Botha, piano player and brother to Brenda Fassie, Themba Fassie, blues singer Doc John, 70’s superstar Tim Parr (Ellamental), drummer Michael Canfield and South African singer Nhoza, who plays the part of the nurse.

The best kind of medicine

The concept of the song is that love is the best kind of medicine, and in our later years all that really matters is our friendships and relationships that we have formed.

The video starts with an elderly couple (Doc John & Claudia Mostert) being cared for by a home nurse (Nhoza).

Then the doorbell rings and a wild party breaks out when their friends barge in through the door.

This feel good video was directed by Liberty Verbaan of Endemic Productions.

The song is available for free download from the band’s BandCamp page, and will be available on all music platforms in February, 2018
