Sybil ‘Don’t Make Me Over’

Sybil achieved worldwide crossover hits with her cover versions of Dionne Warwick’s hits Don’t Make Me Over and Walk on by, released in 1989 and 1990. The former became Sybil’s biggest hit in the USA, peaking at #20, and was a #1 hit in New Zealand. Walk on by is still, to date, the highest charting position for this Burt Bacharach/Hal David classic in the UK, peaking at #6. Sybil’s second self-titled album became her biggest-selling CD in the US.

Jamali first won over hearts on Popstar’s 2003-2004 reality television show. Their first self-titled album, hit platinum sales and set Jamali on the road to success. Their three time’s SAMA (South African Music Awards) nominated second album, Yours Fatally was a huge hit. They won SAMA for Best South African Pop Act 2009 for their 3rd album, 3rd Base

Salome recorded her first single in 2007 with DJ Keith called I Don’t want to Know, which became a big hit on local radio and in 2009 recorded another great hit with DJ Keith, What I do best. Salome has also toured with Madame Zingara and recorded her debut album in 2011.

Another ‘Diva’ – Vuvu Kumalo

Vuvu Kumalo has an incredibly strong voice that can belt out soul classics from all the great Motown ‘Divas’. Vuvu has a vibrant personality that comes out on stage where she is a master at getting crowds behind her amazing vocal performances and stage presence.

G&T, introducing SA female duo G&T – Shelley Gordon and Sarah-Jane Thomas form the newly created music duo. Created by Chad Saaiman and Stereotype Talent Management, they are fun and playful – they take you on a journey covering your favourite and greatest modern hits. G&T are currently in studio recording their debut single.

Fancy Galada has been an active member of Heshoo Beshoo, Amampondo and with Labella, launched La Fancy in 1995. Her talent for dancing was discovered, and was  introduced to Jazzart, working with Abamanyani, who performed at the Grahamstown Festival and other venues around the country.

Nuraan Boltman, aka Dezi Anders, has been on the entertainment circuit for more than three decades. Fronting ballroom band Ikey Gamba Dance Band when she was just 16. She was also the lead in Coco, which became Horizon.  She rose to prominence as a saxophonist and became a sought-after musician / singer at various jazz nightclubs.

Camillo Lombard – Music Director, pianist, composer, arranger, producer and recording artist has travelled widely and is much sought after.
