Things we don’t talk about
Jimmy Nevis has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with some of South Africa’s top musicians, getting to work artists such as Mi Casa, Pascal and Pearce and Kwesta, featuring on their albums.
Now, after a decade in the industry, he releases his latest album Things we don’t talk about. “As an artist and a songwriter, it’s a very special time because I’ll be sharing some things that I don’t think I’ve even said out loud,” he says, “But overall about celebrating my unapologetic self.”
The end of 2021 saw the introduction of the Sun-Set@Baxter concerts in the, then, newly renovated garden as an ideal family friendly, outdoor entertainment experience after an extended period of restrictions. T
Doors open at 5pm. Audiences are encouraged to bring along their picnic baskets, picnic chairs and blankets, while enjoying the sensational music. Only alcohol purchased from The Baxter’s bar will be permitted.
