Paxton Fielies scores big with #Angifuni

2017 Idols SA winner Paxton Fielies has crossed the 1 million YouTube views mark for her #Angifuni lyric video taken from her debut album This Is Me.

The singer shares the million-view milestone with an elite group of local acts, boasting an achievement that very few have managed to reach.

It’s such a great achievement. I didn’t expect for my video to hit 1 million views in less than six months of its release. It’s so cool to have achieved this before my one-year mark since winning Idols, and I just feel like I achieved so much before I had to hand over my title, and this is one of the big achievements. I still can’t believe it, it’s still so surreal, but I really am just very happy and very grateful,” exclaims an elated Paxton Fielies.

The hard-working Idols SA winner, who handed over her reins to new Idols SA 2018 winner Yanga, is currently on top of her game.

She is working on her international break, following performances in Sweden and Russia, and heads to the UK and US in 2019.
