The Rockets are coming to the Masque Theatre in September!

Multiple SAMA nominees The Rockets are one of the most successful pop groups to ever come out of South Africa. They have just celebrated their 50th anniversary with a sell-out show at the 5000-seat Grand West Arena in Cape Town.

The Rockets have supported many international acts in South Africa. These include Usher, Ronan Keating, Alicia Keys, P.Diddy, Eddy Grant, Luther Vandross, The Spice Girls, Billy Ocean and many others.

Over the last 20 years The Rockets have done more than 30 international trips which have included numerous performance in Australia, Bahrain, UAE, Egypt, Seychelles, Morocco and various other countries in the Middle East as well as other parts of Africa.

The Rockets have had a long and successful recording career releasing many singles, maxi-singles, albums, CDs and DVDs that together have sold hundreds of thousands of copies. Their music has featured prominently on most of the radio station charts in Southern Africa and many have held the Number One spot.

The Rockets are more than just a group; they’re a musical institution! Band members are:
