The Cape Town Comedy Club, housed at the Pumphouse at the V & A Waterfront, has a full programme of funny stuff lined up for the next few months – as well as their weekly line-ups from Wednesday to Sunday.
Coming up:
A Night of Headliners on Friday 15 September 2017 will feature four top comedians performing for one night only. This time around it is the turn of Brent Palmer, KG, Rob van Vuuren and Dugald Pieterse as the MC. DJ Willy will play after the show.
South Africa’s favourite cousin, Barry Hilton will bring his one-man show Evolver to the Cape Town Comedy Club for two nights on Monday 18 and Tuesday 19 September 2017.
After what can only be described as one of the most successful careers in South African stand-up history, Barry Hilton’s show takes it to the next level with a vibrant and hyper-alert Barry showcasing brand new material.
Then there’s another Night of Headliners on Friday 13 October 2017. This time around the line-up will be Martin Evans, Conrad Koch (Chester Missing), KG and Kurt Schoonraad as the MC. Plus, there’ll be live video mixing performed by SA Hip Hop DJ, DJ Azuhl.
Look out for Trending Comics. In its debut South African showing, Trending Comics will feature a stellar line up of comic superheroes in Schalk Bezuidenhout, Robby Collins, Loyiso Madinga and Neil Green, who will embark on a nationwide tour that will touch down in Cape Town on 20 and 21 October 2017.
