Global superstar Ed Sheeran’s single Galway Girl is available to purchase/stream across all platforms and you can watch the accompanying lyric video.
Galway Girl has already proven itself to be a firm favourite across the globe. Produced by Mike Elizondo (Eminem), Ed worked closely with Irish folk band Beoga on the track.
A collaborative effort, with further writing credits from Johnny McDaid, Foy Vance and Amy Wadge, Galway Girl takes inspiration from Beoga’s original song Minute 5 after Ed and the band joined forces for a writing session last year. Currently sitting at #2 in the UK’s Official Singles Chart and enjoying heavy rotation across Radio 1/Capital/Radio 2, the track stormed straight to #1 in Ireland upon release, where it has now held the top spot for two consecutive weeks.
