The play features incidental music by Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, and Vincenzo Bellini, and stars the award-winning actress Sandra Prinsloo as the glamorous and commanding opera diva Maria Callas, alongside Cape Town Opera artists and with José Dias at the piano.
The production is directed by Magdalene Minnaar.
