The concert is being held to generate funds for three Western Cape children’s charities – PATCH Helderberg Child Abuse Centre, Halli Trust and Masikhule.

Says Piet Botha (The Lyzyrd Kyngs), “We are really happy to play for the children… as a band and solo artists we have always played for charities, especially for kids and animals. It’s just a way of giving thanks.”

“As parents ourselves, we all feel it is our responsibility to do what we can to protect those who can’t protect themselves, and by supporting PATCH they can carry on doing the incredible work that they do,” add Freshlyground.
