Comedian Russell Peters
Canadian comedy sensation Russell Peters returns to South Africa after a four-year hiatus, bringing his hilarious stand-up show to the GrandWest Grand Arena on Sunday, 11 February from 8pm.
Peters has a knack for weaving hilarious tales from his own life into his shows, and with a career spanning decades, he has many tales to tell.
The comedian has come a long way from the 19-year-old doing stand-up at open mics in Toronto, and today he sets attendance records at venues all around the world. Last year, Rolling Stone Magazine named him one of the 50 Best Comics of All Time. He is known for his keen observations on cultural differences and the quirks that make each community unique, so South African audiences can look forward to an interactive experience, and can expect him to tackle a range of topics with his signature wit and seasoned storytelling.

Robin Pieters – It’s a Love Thing V8 Duets
For the month of love, don’t miss this Robin Pieters’ show at the GrandWest Grand Arena on Wednesday, 17 February from 8pm. It marks an eight-year musical journey for Pieters that began after he first conquered season one of The Voice South Africa.

Saturday Night Fitness
Be part of South Africa’s biggest workout party at Saturday Night Fitness on Wednesday, 17 February at GrandWest Sun Exhibits, from 4pm to 8pm. Doors open at 1pm.

Jimmy Carr Terribly Funny tour
Don’t miss globally acclaimed comedian Jimmy Carr, when he returns with his Terribly Funny show at the GrandWest Grand Arena on Sunday, 3 March from 7pm.
The British-Irish comedian, presenter, writer, and actor is a household name in the UK where he hosts shows such as 8 Out Of 10 Cats and Big Fat Quiz of The Year. He also presents Comedy Central’s Roast Battle UK and Your Face or Mine.
Carr was the first UK comedian to sign a stand-up deal with streaming behemoth Netflix in 2015, releasing three specials on the platform, Funny Business; and Best of Ultimate Gold Greatest Hits and His Dark Material, which became Netflix’s most watched stand-up comedy special in the UK that year.
