Savour the finest cool climate wines with delicious new summer taste combinations at Constantia Glen, the boutique winery situated in South Africa’s oldest wine region just 20 minutes from the Cape Town city centre.
Taking full advantage of the longer sunny days, Constantia Glen has extended their opening hours for the festive season and have added tender kudu carpaccio, seared tuna niçoise, and creamy burrata mozzarella, to their popular selection of artisanal platters and crispy Flammkuchen.
The kudu carpaccio comes with avocado salsa, melba toast and sweet mustard dressing, while the burrata mozzarella, made with cream, is served as a salad with tomatoes. The new summer offerings can be paired perfectly with one or more of Constantia Glen’s fine wines.

Whether you prefer to kick start your day with a delicious Cap Classique breakfast, enjoy a laid back lunch or watch the sun set over outstretched vineyards, the Constantia Glen tasting room is the perfect setting over the festive season.
The burrata salad and seared tuna niçoise are available at R170 each, while the cost of the kudu carpaccio is R125. Wines can be purchased by the glass from R55 and there is a vast range of wine tasting options to choose from, giving you the opportunity to taste the produce of this magnificent wine estate during your visit.
