Shopping hours at Victoria Wharf Shopping Centre will be extended from Friday 14, to Sunday, 23 December between 9am and 10pm. On Monday, 24 December stores will close at 9pm while trading on Christmas day is optional for stores. Extended shopping hours continue from Wednesday, 26 December to Sunday, 30 December. The V&A Waterfront will again host Cape Town’s biggest New Year celebration. Usual attractions open at 9am. From 6.30pm performers and Cape Town Carnival characters entertain from the Amphitheatre and kids playground area to the Alfred Mall, Nobel Square, the Clock Tower and the Silo District. Food Court will be open till late, with food trucks across the property.
